Who are Field Operators, and how do they join?
Field Operators are the people who work on your operations: drivers, close protection officers and advance officers. Each one owns a free Field Operator Profile, which they can create themselves or by following an invitation you send. You then send a connection request, and once they accept, they can view their assigned assessments, submit advance work reports and see their scheduled operations. Your plan sets how many Field Operators you can connect at once. They never pay anything, and their profile stays theirs if they stop working with you.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you will not be charged until day 31. You can cancel any time before then at no cost, directly from your account settings.
What is the Founding Member rate?
If you subscribe before 31 December 2026, your price is fixed at the rates shown on this page for 24 months from the day you subscribe, as long as you stay subscribed. This is our way of rewarding the early adopters who help build VeilForge into the platform it is.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the higher-tier features become immediately available. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your Founding Member rate is preserved on upgrades.
What is Human Oversight?
When you run a risk analysis on Premium or Agency, you can choose to request Human Oversight. A VeilForge analyst reviews the AI-generated report, makes any corrections, and approves it before it’s finalised. Reviews are normally completed within 24 to 48 hours. Premium includes 4 reviews a month and Agency includes 10; extra reviews are available on request. Reports stay strictly internal to your protection team. Only Operation Costings are ever shared externally, for billing.
What does fair use mean for AI assessments?
Fair use limits are set well above what a normal close protection operation needs, so most customers will never notice them. They exist to stop automated or excessive use from affecting the service for everyone else. If your usage is unusually high, we will talk to you before any limit is applied.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit, and uploaded photos and documents are held in private storage, shown only to signed-in users through links that expire after an hour. Assessment reports contain sensitive intelligence and are protected accordingly. Field Operators can only see what you explicitly share with them. You control data retention periods per assessment.
